Not everyone around you is your friend. Always remember this: Just because you see somebody as a friend doesn't mean he or she views you the same way. There are people who may act like your friend but whose actions betray their true intentions.
"πΊπ πππ ππππππππ ππππππ

A true friend does not allow anyone to merely keep repeating the same mistakes. Instead, he or she helps the person move along the right track. When a person continues to not learn from the errors that have been made to them, then that is their decision and not that of a friend.

A few months ago I purchased this set of electric salt & pepper grinders. I didn’t need them. To be honest, I didn’t particularly want them. I had seen several people here on the Book of Faces using them. If they had them then, surely, I should have them. Right?
Well, that’s where God met me. He convicted me of my sin of covetnous. Others had them so I thought I wanted them. Don’t we do that so much in life? Just me? Anybody else?
We see our neighbors get new vehicles and we don’t want ours to be the oldest one in the drive. Maybe it’s a pool, a designer handbag, or even a cell phone. Why can’t we be content with what God has blessed us with?
Are salt & pepper shakers sin? Absolutely not!! My sin was not buying them it was the sin of coveting what someone else had. Too often we spend more time wanting what others have instead of being thankful and content with what we already have.
I encourage you to spend some time today thanking God for what He has blessed you with.
So, for today, I choose contentment, gratitude, and thanks. And….. that Beautiful by Drew electric skillet will remain unpurchased until the time is truly right.

10 TYPES OF PEOPLE YOU SHOULD NOT BE FRIENDS WITH
1. The person who spreads rumors and shares private matters
Someone who reveals other people's secrets will eventually reveal yours too.
2. The person who is always negative
Some people complain about everything and drain the energy from every room they enter. Negativity is contagious.
3. The one who smiles in front of you but talks behind your back
Fake loyalty is more dangerous than open dislike. Watch actions, not words.
4. The friend who only appears when they need something
Real friendship is built on mutual support, not convenience.
5. The one who creates drama out of everything
Constant conflict, gossip, and emotional chaos will eventually steal your peace.
6. The person who secretly resents your success
Not everyone celebrating you is happy for you. Jealousy often wears a friendly face.
7. The friend who constantly competes with you
True friends encourage your growth. They do not treat your life like a competition.
8. The person who lies repeatedly
Without honesty, there can be no trust. Without trust, there can be no real friendship.
9. The one who never takes accountability
People who blame everyone else rarely change themselves and often repeat the same toxic patterns.
10. The person who disrespects your boundaries
Anyone who repeatedly ignores your time, feelings, values, or self-respect does not truly value you.
the more you realize that friendship is not about how many people are in your life.
It is about who brings you peace,
who tells you the truth,
who remains loyal when life gets hard,
and who helps you become a better human being.
Protect your energy.
Choose your circle wisely.
